Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is:
Attila Szita EI, operating under the name FLÂNE
83 Rue du Général de Gaulle68240 Kaysersberg VignobleFranceWhat personal data do we collect?
We only collect personal data that is necessary for the operation of the website, communication with visitors and customers, and the management of Flâne’s business activities.
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number and company or organisation name when you provide them.
- Message content, including information you send through a contact form, by email or through another direct communication channel.
- Business and order information, where relevant, such as billing details, delivery information, order details and information relating to a retail or collaboration project.
- Technical information, such as basic server and security logs that may include an IP address, date and time of access, requested page and technical browser or device information.
How do we collect your data?
Personal data may be collected when you:
- contact Flâne by email or through the website;
- request information about the FLÂNE Collection or a collaboration;
- place or discuss an order;
- become a retail, collaboration or other business partner;
- otherwise provide information directly to us.
Some limited technical information may also be generated automatically when the website is accessed, for example through standard web server logs used for security and technical operation.
Privacy-conscious traffic statistics
We use limited server access logs to understand aggregate website traffic, including popular pages and use of the English and French versions. GoAccess processes these logs on our hosting server; reports are accessible only to authenticated Flâne administrators.
In these analytics logs, IP addresses are masked before storage: IPv4 retains only the first 24 bits, and IPv6 the first 48 bits. We retain the access time, known public page path, response status, browser User-Agent and referring website’s hostname when available. Other request headers, query-string values, request bodies and administrator traffic are excluded. Logs are rotated and retained for approximately 30 days.
This uses no analytics cookie or browser tracking script and does not create visitor profiles. Visitor counts are approximate network-and-browser counts, not precise counts of people. Security and operational logs are separate from these analytics logs.
Why do we use your data?
- To respond to enquiries and communicate with you about Flâne products, retail partnerships or collaborations.
- To prepare and manage orders or business relationships, including quotations, production, delivery and after-sales communication.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations, including the creation and retention of invoices and other required business records.
- To operate, maintain and secure the website, including troubleshooting, preventing abuse and ensuring technical reliability.
Legal bases for processing
Depending on the purpose, Flâne processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to respond to a request, prepare an order or collaboration, or fulfil an agreement.
- Legal obligations, where information must be retained or processed to comply with accounting, tax or other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests, where processing is necessary for the ordinary operation, security and protection of the website and Flâne’s business activities, provided that these interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
- Consent, where consent is specifically required for a particular processing activity.
Who may receive your data?
Personal data is only accessible to Flâne and, where necessary, to service providers involved in operating the website or carrying out Flâne’s business activities.
